Furthermore, the client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided and for all activities that occur under their account.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and digital assets produced by WebLuru are the exclusive property of WebLuru unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement. This includes but is not limited to source code, design systems, and proprietary methodologies.
Upon final payment for a specific project, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of our proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebLuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Termination
WebLuru reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
